Go dawgs, Go dads

A Saturday in Athens spent with our dads is the best kind! Our sisters had a great lunch served by The Varsity food truck and enjoyed the perfect spring weather while playing corn hole on our front lawn. Not only were we able to watch the G-Day spring football game, but the main event was a good old-fashioned UGA baseball game versus Tennessee. We had such a great time with our dads, it was certainly a day to remember! A big thank you to our VP Membership Programming, Abby Cooley, for planning such a sweet daddy daughter day!

Busy Beta Sigmas

It was a busy weekend in Athens for Alpha Chi Omega!

Our spring philanthropy, Relay for Life, took place this past Friday! The rainy weather didn't stop our sisters from celebrating, remembering, and fighting back against cancer throughout the night. Our philanthropic efforts with Relay for Life helped UGA raise more than $200,000 for the American Cancer Society and Beta Sigma was named the #1 greek organization for Relay for Life at UGA!

On top of that, Alpha Chi Omega won a flag football tournament AND the "Spike for Life" volleyball tournament! Our sporty sisters not only came back with first place trophies, but $500 for our philanthropy too!

A Formal Occasion

Beta Sigma had an unforgettable time at spring formal this past Friday! Our girls, and their dates, headed to the home of the Braves for a fabulous night out at the Ted. The 755 Club at Turner Field was where the night full of music and dancing took place and it couldn't have been more of a "grand slam"!

A big thank you to our social chair, Alexa Kelly, for planning such a fun event!

Spring has Sprung

This past week, Beta Sigmas were in search of sunshine and made some unforgettable memories while on spring break! From Florida, to the Cayman Islands, and even Guatemala, our girls could be found just about anywhere enjoying their time off!

Mommy Daughter Bonding

axo mommy daughter day 4.jpg

We had a fantastic time this past Saturday at Alpha Chi Omega Mommy Daughter Day! Munching on pimento cheese sandwiches from Athen's own Marti's at Midday, we just loved to get to spend the day with our mothers, aunts, sisters, and even a few fathers. Fun was had by all taking pictures with props and in front of the house and watching the Gym Dawgs take down SEC rival Kentucky in an exciting meet. A BIG shout out to our VP Membership Programming Abby Cooley for making it all possible!
